Cancellation Policy
At Pamper, we provide a range of skin treatments designed to support clients in managing different skin concerns and maintaining their skin over time. Our aim is to offer a professional and supportive experience, where clients can access information and advice from our clinicians in a comfortable setting. To help us manage appointments effectively, we have outlined our Booking Fee and Appointment Reschedule & Cancellation Policy below.
Booking fee
Appointments with our skilled clinicians are in high demand and we want to ensure we’re available to support all clients to achieve their skins goals. With that in mind, an $80 booking fee will apply for all bookings made online. In addition, there may be an $80 booking fee for certain clinicians and treatments, as well as appointments booked for high demand, peak periods. Naturally, this amount will be redeemed when you attend your booked treatment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Our appointment books fill very quickly, due to our experience and reputation for best-in-class results. If you need to change your appointment, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible so we can provide you with a re-scheduled appointment to your liking and schedule one of our other clients from our waiting list.
Cancellation fees will apply for bookings that are rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time.
