Cancellation Policy

Our clinic offers a wide range of holistic skin treatments, each to suit various skin conditions and address the signs of ageing that we all experience. Our passion is helping you achieve your skin goals now and into the future, because after all, our skin is with us for life and there is nothing better than natural looking, healthy, vibrant skin. We will do our very best to ensure that every Pamper client enjoys their experience with us, receives skilled advice and achieves exceptional results. For this reason, we have a policy on Booking Fees and Appointment Reschedules & Cancellations, outlined below:

Booking fee

Appointments with our skilled clinicians are in high demand and we want to ensure we’re available to support all clients to achieve their skins goals. With that in mind, an $80 booking fee will apply for all bookings made online. In addition, there may be an $80 booking fee for certain clinicians and treatments, as well as appointments booked for high demand, peak periods. Naturally, this amount will be redeemed when you attend your booked treatment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Our appointment books fill very quickly, due to our experience and reputation for best-in-class results. If you need to change your appointment, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible so we can provide you with a re-scheduled appointment to your liking and schedule one of our other clients from our waiting list.

Cancellation fees will apply for bookings that are rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time.
