Review terms and conditions for promotions offered by Pamper Medical Skin Clinic.

FESTIVE TREATS 2025

Promotions 2025  The following offers (together, the “Offers”) are available to eligible clients of Pamper between 3 November 2025 and 23 December 2025 (the “Offer Period”), subject to these Terms & Conditions. To be eligible for any Offer, clients must book, receive and pay in full for an in-clinic treatment during the Offer Period.

1. FESTIVE 3 FOR 2 SKIN TREATMENTS
Eligible clients may purchase three of the same packaged skin treatment (inclusive of two-and three-area treatments) from the list below for the price of two:  

  • Hydrafacial
  • Skin Needling
  • IPL Skin Treatments
  • Laser Genesis
  • Clear + Brilliant
  • TruSculpt  
  • Pamper Peels

Redemption requirements: a) The first of the three treatments must occur on or before 31 January 2026. b) All three treatments must be completed by 30 June 2026.  

2. FESTIVE $150 REFER A FRIEND
Eligible clients may earn a $150 credit when referring a new client.

Redemption requirements:  a) The referred new client must attend and pay for a treatment of at least $200 during the Offer b) If the new client attends and pays for their first treatment on or before 31 January 2026, the referring client receives a $150 credit. c) If the new client attends or books after 31 January 2026, the referring client will instead receive the standard $75 credit. All credits are valid for 90 days from date of issue and exclude treatments performed by doctors.

3. FESTIVE LED LIGHT THERAPY OFFER
Eligible clients may purchase three LED Light Therapy sessions for $99.  

Redemption requirements:  a) The first LED session must occur on or before 31 January 2026. b) The remaining two sessions must be completed by 30 June 2026.   

General Conditions (apply to all Offers) 

  • Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, or discount. 
  • Offers cannot be purchased using loyalty points, redeemed for cash, or transferred to another person. 
  • All treatments are subject to clinical consultation and require suitability assessment on the day of treatment. Cosmetic injectable treatments require a medical consultation. 
  • If a client is deemed unsuitable for a treatment, the payment will be refunded in full. Otherwise, offers are not refundable. 
  • Pamper’s decision regarding all matters in relation to the Offers is final and binding. 
  • Pamper reserves the right to withdraw, vary, or cancel any Offer at any time before the end of the Offer Period. All redemptions made prior to such change will be honoured.

Refer A Friend

  • Client receives $75 off treatment when they refer a friend to Pamper Clinic
  • Referred friend will also receive $75 off their first treatment at Pamper Clinic
  • $75 offer must be used on treatment and excludes product
  • Friend referred must be a new client to Pamper for offer to be valid
  • $75 offer cannot be refunded or transferred to cash
  • For a client to redeem $75 offer the referred friend must have completed a paid treatment
  • No limit to referring multiple friends and redeeming multiple $75 offers
  • $75 offer can be used on already discounted treatment or special offers except where expressly excluded
  • From time to time the offer value for both the referring and referred client may change at the discretion of Pamper Clinic
  • The offer is subject to a limited spend of $200 for both the referring and referred client
  • All treatments provided at Pamper Clinic are subject to clinical consultation and require you to be assessed on the day for suitability
  • $75 off can only be redeemed against a single visit (ie not drawn down over 2 or more visits)
  • The Client (referrer) must redeem their $75 within three months of the new clients

Loyalty Program

EARNING POINTS:

  • Clients earn 1 loyalty point for every $1 spent in clinic on any treatment or product
  • Loyalty points cannot be transferred to cash
    Loyalty points earned will reflect the paid value, not the recommended retail price (RRP)
  • Loyalty points will be awarded at the time of purchase, not at the time of booking.

REDEEMING POINTS:

  • 250 loyalty points can be redeemed for $10 in clinic
  • Loyalty points can be used for any treatment or product purchase, including discounted treatments.
  • Loyalty points used to purchase discounted treatments will reflect the value at the time of use, not the RRP.

GENERAL

  • Pamper Medical Skin Clinic reserves the right to change or remove the loyalty program at any time.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards can be used for treatments and products
  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash
  • Gift cards do expire. If you purchase a gift card you will have 36 months to use it.

  • The $75 off entry offer is available for new clients only at their first paying visit
  • The $75 off offer can be used for the purchase of full priced treatments only, the offer cannot be used for the purchase of products or gift cards

  • The offer is not refundable

  • Offer is valid for redemption, 12 months from the purchase date
  • Cannot be used with S4 medications
  • Cannot be used on packages

  • Cannot be transferred to cash
  • The Offer is not refundable unless at the discretion of Pamper Medical Skin Clinic however, the remaining value of the offer can be transferred to another package or treatment only

  • The birthday offer is $75 off any treatment
  • You must show your birthday offer email in clinic to redeem
  • The offer is valid for 30 days from the date of receiving the email voucher
  • Limited to one redemption per client each year
  • The birthday offer can be used for the purchase of treatments only, the offer cannot be used for the purchase of products or gift cards and cannot be transferred to cash
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer

Offer for selected clients only.

  • Offer includes a voucher for a discount on your next treatment with Pamper, where the amount off will be specified at the time of offer and confirmed via SMS or email
  • There is a minimum spend of $200 to be eligible for this voucher
  • The offer is only valid for selected clients who receive the phone call, email or SMS invitation
  • The offer is valid with selected clinicians
  • This offer may be withdrawn at any time and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
  • We require you to be assessed on the day for suitability and will include a medical consultation for cosmetic injectables
  • Voucher is valid for the period specified in the SMS or email. If there is no specified period, voucher is valid for 30 days
  • Voucher is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash goods
