Festive Gift Card Offer

Minimum spend of $100 is required to earn a bonus voucher
The amount of the bonus voucher acquired is determined by the amount spent. See table here reference
Bonus voucher will be awarded to the recipient of the Gift Card and is not transferable to another person
Bonus voucher awarded to the recipient is valid for 90 days only from the date of issue
Bonus voucher may not be used on the same day as the Gift Card purchase
In the event of a refund of the Gift Card, the bonus voucher automatically becomes void

Black Friday Sale

BUY 2, GET 1 FREE SKIN OFFERS

Black Friday Buy 2, Get 1 Free Skin Offers are available on Hydrafacial, Skin Needling, IPL, LED, Clear+Brilliant, Laser Genesis, Pamper Skin Treatments (“Buy 2, Get 1 Free Treatments”) and must be pre-purchased at the time of booking (the “Offer”). The Offer excludes Fraxel and Ultraformer treatments. The Offer is available until and will expire at 11:59pm on 2 December 2024 (“Expiry Date”).

TO REDEEM THE OFFER:

Black Friday Buy 2, Get 1 Free Skin Offers must be booked and paid in full before 11:59pm on 2 December 2024; the first of three treatments must be scheduled to be performed before 2 February 2025; and the three treatments must be redeemed before 2 June 2025). The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, purchased using loyalty points or transferred to cash. Pamper Clinic reserves the right to withdraw the Offer at any time before the Expiry Date, however all Offers redeemed prior to the date of any such withdrawal will be honoured. If, after being clinically assessed on the day of your treatment, you are deemed not to be suitable to proceed with the Black Friday Buy 2, Get 1 Free Skin Offers, your payment will be refunded in full. Other than in circumstances where you are deemed not suitable to proceed with the Black Friday Buy 2, Get 1 Free Skin Offers by a Pamper clinician, the Offer is not refundable. However, Pamper Clinic reserves the right to apply any remaining credit to another package or treatment in its absolute discretion.

SKIN TIGHTENING OFFER

Book and receive a full face Ultraformer and receive 20% off (was $1,849, now $1,480) [the “Offer”]. The client must purchase the treatment between 1 November 2024 and 2 December 2024 (the “Promotion Period”) and undergo the treatment between 1 November 2024 and 28 February 2025. The offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Any treatment booked is subject to a clinical consultation and requires the client to be clinically assessed on the day for suitability. Pamper’s decision in relation to all matters about the Offer is final and binding. Pamper Clinic reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the Offer at any time before the end of the Promotion Period; however Pamper will honour all Offers redeemed prior to the date of any such withdrawal, cancelation or variation.

Refer A Friend - $150

Limited time offer

From 19 August to 31 December 2024, clients will receive $150 off treatment when they refer a friend to Artisan, subject to the following terms and conditions
Referred friend will also receive $150 off their first treatment at Pamper Clinic
To be eligible for $150 offer, referred friend must complete a paid treatment at Pamper by 31 December 2024
$150 offer must be used on treatment and excludes product
Friend referred must be a new client to Pamper for offer to be valid
$150 offer cannot be refunded or transferred to cash
For a client to redeem $150 offer the referred friend must have completed a paid treatment
No limit to referring multiple friends and redeeming multiple $150 offers
$150 offer can be used on already discounted treatment or special offers except where expressly excluded
All treatments provided at Pamper are subject to clinical consultation and require you to be assessed on the day for suitability
$150 off can only be redeemed against a single visit (ie not drawn down over 2 or more visits)
The referring client must redeem their $150 within three months of the new client
Should the new client book their treatment after 31 December 2024, both the new client and the referring client will only receive $75 off their treatment as per the terms and conditions of Pamper’s standard referral program ⁠below
Pamper’s decision in relation to all matters about this offer is final and binding

From time to time the offer value for both the referring and referred client may change at the discretion of Pamper Clinic

$75 off can only be redeemed against a single visit (ie not drawn down over 2 or more visits)
The Client (referrer) must redeem their $75 within three months of the new clients

Loyalty Program

EARNING POINTS:

Clients earn 1 loyalty point for every $1 spent in clinic on any treatment or product
Loyalty points cannot be transferred to cash
Loyalty points earned will reflect the paid value, not the recommended retail price (RRP)
Loyalty points will be awarded at the time of purchase, not at the time of booking.

REDEEMING POINTS:

250 loyalty points can be redeemed for $10 in clinic
Loyalty points can be used for any treatment or product purchase, including discounted treatments.
Loyalty points used to purchase discounted treatments will reflect the value at the time of use, not the RRP.

GENERAL

Pamper Medical Skin Clinic reserves the right to change or remove the loyalty program at any time.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be used for treatments and products
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash
Gift cards do expire. If you purchase a gift card you will have 36 months to use it.

The birthday offer is $75 off any treatment
You must show your birthday offer email in clinic to redeem
The offer is valid for 30 days from the date of receiving the email voucher
Limited to one redemption per client each year
The birthday offer can be used for the purchase of treatments only, the offer cannot be used for the purchase of products or gift cards and cannot be transferred to cash

Voucher for your next treatment

Offer for selected clients only.

Offer includes a voucher for a discount on your next treatment with Pamper, where the amount off will be specified at the time of offer and confirmed via SMS or email
There is a minimum spend of $200 to be eligible for this voucher
The offer is only valid for selected clients who receive email or SMS invitation
The offer is valid with selected clinicians
This offer may be withdrawn at any time and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
We require you to be assessed on the day for suitability and will include a medical consultation for cosmetic injectables
Voucher is valid for the period specified in the SMS or email. If there is no specified period, voucher is valid for 30 days
Voucher is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash goods

3-FOR-$100 LED | 100 days to Christmas

The (“3-for-$100 LED Treatments”) must be pre-purchased at the time of booking (the “Offer”).
The Offer is available for purchase until and will expire at 11:59pm on 22 September 2024 (“Expiry Date”).
3-for-$100 LED package must be paid for in full before 11:59pm on 22 September 2024. The three treatments must be redeemed by 31 January 2025, else any remaining credit will be forfeited
The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, purchased using loyalty points or transferred to cash
Pamper reserves the right to withdraw the Offer at any time before the Expiry Date, however all Offers redeemed prior to the date of any such withdrawal will be honoured.
The 3-for-$100 LED Treatments are subject to a clinical consultation and require you to be clinically assessed on the day for suitability. If, after being clinically assessed on the day of your treatment, you are deemed not to be suitable to proceed with the 3-for-$100 LED Treatments, your payment will be refunded in full
Other than in circumstances where you are deemed not suitable to proceed with the LED Treatment by an Pamper clinician, the Offer is not refundable. However, Pamper reserves the right to apply any remaining credit to another package or treatment in its absolute discretion.
Maximum of 3 packages per client.

Double Delight

Pre-purchase two (2) full face treatments from Pamper’s approved list and add a neck or décolletage of the same treatment at no additional cost [the “Offer”]
Treatment of the additional area must be completed at the same time as the full face treatment
Full face treatments included in the Offer: IPL, BBL, C+B, Skin Needling, Hydrafacial (Signature & Deluxe), Laser Genesis, Sublative, Sublime.
The Offer excludes the following treatments: Facials, Fraxel, Thermage, Ultraformer, S4 medications, PRP, Collagen threads, trusculpt, Coolsculpt, Profound, LED, Halo, Profactional laser, Erbium laser, Revlite laser, Pico laser, Microlaser and Tattoo removal
The Offer must be purchased between 1 July 2024 and 31 August 2024 (the “Promotion Period”), and both treatments must be redeemed by 30 November 2024
The Offer cannot be used on packages or with any other offer and cannot be transferred to cash.
The Offer is not refundable unless at the discretion of Pamper; however, the remaining value of the Offer can be transferred to another treatment only
If the client would like to treat three areas, they will be charged the usual 2 area pricing, and receive the 3rd area complimentary.

Double Loyalty

Book and receive a full face Ultraformer or Fraxel treatment and receive bonus loyalty points [the “Offer”]
The client must purchase and undergo the nominated treatment/s between 1 July 2024 and 30 September 2024 (the “Promotion Period”)
The bonus loyalty points awarded will be equal to and in addition to the standard loyalty points awarded for the treatment/s
The bonus loyalty points will expire 180 days after the issuing date
In the event that the client receives a refund for the nominated treatment/s, any loyalty points earned for the treatment (including bonus loyalty points) automatically become void
Any treatment booked is subject to a clinical consultation and requires the client to be clinically assessed on the day for suitability
Pamper’s decision in relation to all matters about the Offer is final and binding
Pamper reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the Offer at any time before the end of the Promotion Period; however Pamper will honour all Offers redeemed prior to the date of any such withdrawal, cancellation or variation
These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with Pamper’s Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms and Conditions will take precedence
